My Portfolio
Developed a modular CRM and stock management web application tailored for the operational needs of Yıldız Holding’s shopping centers. The solution centralized customer data, automated inventory tracking, and streamlined reporting processes.
Strategy
I led the end-to-end technical design and implementation. Our strategy focused on integrating CRM capabilities with real-time stock management to reduce operational overhead. The system was designed to support multi-tenant architecture for managing multiple shopping centers independently under a single platform.
Design
The frontend was built with React.js using reusable component structures and global state management via Redux Toolkit. For backend, we used ASP.NET Core with a clean architecture approach—separating concerns into Application, Domain, Infrastructure, and Presentation layers. The UI design emphasized usability for non-technical staff and included dynamic dashboards, charts, and form builders.
User Experience
Users can access centralized customer profiles, view stock levels in real-time, and generate filtered reports with just a few clicks. The system includes role-based access control (RBAC), localized support for multiple languages, and a responsive design that adapts across desktop and tablet screens. Features such as inline editing, auto-complete fields, and live notifications increased team efficiency.
Milkrun – Q-Commerce & Delivery Platform
Through a wide variety of mobile applications, we’ve developed a unique visual system.
Built a high-performance quick-commerce platform enabling real-time order processing, instant delivery tracking, and vendor-store coordination. The system was optimized for low-latency operations and seamless user experience across mobile and web.
Strategy
The goal was to create a scalable delivery infrastructure capable of handling thousands of concurrent orders with real-time updates. I contributed to designing a microservices-based backend to decouple services like order management, user accounts, inventory, and payment processing. Event-driven architecture was implemented using RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication between services.
Design
Frontend was developed using React.js for the admin panel and Flutter for the mobile app to ensure fast and native-like performance. The backend was powered by .NET Core with Entity Framework and PostgreSQL for transactional consistency. Services communicated over RESTful APIs and were containerized using Docker, orchestrated with Kubernetes.
User Experience
End-users could place and track orders in real-time via the app. Features included interactive product browsing, smart search, delivery ETA tracking, and push notifications. Admin users had access to vendor dashboards, heatmaps for high-demand zones, and delivery route optimization powered by third-party map APIs.
Integrated Project Intelligence Dashboard
Developed a centralized project monitoring and management platform that aggregates data from multiple systems (SAP, IBM Jazz, Jira, MS Project Server, Azure DevOps) to provide real-time, actionable insights for project managers at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM.
Strategy
The primary goal was to unify fragmented project data sources into a single source of truth. We designed a system architecture that connects to various project management tools via their APIs, pulling data into a centralized data layer. Each integration included real-time synchronization and transformation logic to ensure data consistency and standardization across platforms.
Design
The platform was architected using microservice-based architecture, where each external system was handled by its own connector service. These services communicated with a central orchestration layer, which normalized the data into a unified schema stored in SQL Server.
The frontend was built using React.js and D3.js for complex data visualizations—such as Gantt charts, resource allocation graphs, and risk matrices. The UI provided filters and drill-down capabilities, enabling users to analyze project portfolios, phases, or team-specific metrics interactively.
User Experience
Project managers could instantly access up-to-date project statuses, track team workloads, monitor deadlines, and generate automated reports with one click. The interface was tailored for enterprise use, with a focus on clarity, speed, and decision support. As a result, reporting time dropped drastically, coordination improved across units, and visibility over hundreds of concurrent projects increased significantly.
Lara – DeepSpeech-Powered Voice Assistant
Developed a smart voice assistant named Lara, powered by Mozilla’s DeepSpeech engine, designed for natural voice interaction, task execution, and real-time feedback. The project focused on low-latency voice processing and modular command execution.
Strategy
The goal was to create a lightweight, offline-capable voice assistant that could understand and execute user commands in real-time. The system was designed to be domain-agnostic, enabling easy integration into IoT, desktop automation, or smart kiosk scenarios.
Design
Speech-to-text functionality was implemented using Mozilla DeepSpeech, with a custom-trained language model tailored to domain-specific vocabulary. The assistant pipeline included:
- Wake Word Detection with Porcupine
- STT via DeepSpeech (Python bindings)
- Command Parsing via rule-based NLU and intent classification
- Task Execution Engine using event-driven architecture
The system was wrapped in a modular Python application, enabling plug-and-play command modules (e.g., weather, file access, calendar).
User Experience
Lara could be activated by voice, process user queries with low latency, and give real-time spoken or visual responses. Commands like “open email,” “what’s the weather,” or “create a reminder” were handled smoothly. The system also included voice feedback using TTS (Text-to-Speech) for full duplex interaction.
Energy Outage Detection Application
The Energy Outage Detection Application was developed to leverage real-time data from Turkcell’s base stations across Turkey. This system was designed to monitor and detect energy disruptions and outages within the mobile network infrastructure, enhancing the reliability of energy distribution and improving response times during power failures.
Key Features and Functionality:
- Real-Time Data Monitoring: The system continuously analyzed data from Turkcell’s base stations, tracking power usage, network activity, and energy supply to detect fluctuations that may indicate potential outages.
- Energy Disruption Detection: By correlating base station activity with energy supply data, the application identified abnormal patterns and alerted operators to energy disruptions or outages in real time.
- Early Warning System: The system provided early warnings of power failures, enabling network operators and energy providers to take immediate action and minimize service downtime.
- Faster Response Times: With real-time alerts and insights, the application allowed for quicker responses to outages, helping to restore energy supply and minimize impact on services.
- Comprehensive Reporting and Analytics: The application offered detailed reports and analytics on energy distribution, outage events, and system performance, providing operators with valuable insights to monitor and optimize energy usage and distribution.
- Service Continuity: By detecting and addressing outages proactively, the system ensured continuity of service, reducing the likelihood of disruptions to Turkcell’s mobile network and supporting overall service reliability.
This energy outage detection solution contributed significantly to improving grid management, enabling faster intervention in case of power failures, and ensuring better overall service continuity across Turkey.
ITS & BOSNET Corporate Web Application
The ITS & BOSNET Corporate Web Applications was developed to enhance internal processes and communication within the organization. Designed with efficiency and security in mind, the platform offered a centralized hub for employees to access essential resources, manage tasks, and collaborate effectively.
Key Features and Functionality:
- Secure Access: The application provided secure, role-based access to critical organizational resources, ensuring that sensitive information was protected while still being easily accessible to authorized personnel.
- Employee Management Tools: The platform included comprehensive employee management tools, allowing HR and managers to track employee performance, manage schedules, and facilitate employee-related requests seamlessly.
- Document Sharing: It featured a document management system, enabling secure sharing, storage, and collaborative editing of documents across departments, improving the accessibility of key files and reducing reliance on paper-based processes.
- Real-Time Collaboration: The application supported real-time collaboration among teams, offering chat functionality, task management, and team-specific channels for ongoing projects and discussions.
- Integration with Existing IT Infrastructure: The platform was integrated with the company’s existing IT systems, ensuring smooth synchronization of data across departments and eliminating data silos.

This corporate web application played a vital role in improving internal communications, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments, leading to a more agile and effective organization.
